We offer four varieties of pesto sauce:  Ernani, La Traviata, Falstaff, and Nabucco.  Each one made with fresh ingredients with no preservatives and no dairy products.  And for those of you who are allergic to nuts, Pesto Verdi is your alternative, for it is only our Pesto Falstaff the only one of our sauces that contains nuts.  The others are all nuts free.  Enjoy them all!!!

Pesto Verdi Falstaff We also have pesto Falstaff.  Falstaff was Verdi's last and only comic opera.  It ends with the idea of "Tutto nel mondo é burla"  meaning everything in the world is a joke.   What a nutty thing to say!  But, we took this idea and made Falstaff our only sauce that contains nuts.
